Processing

Every decant is poured to order — nothing sits pre-filled. Orders are decanted, labeled, sealed, and handed to the carrier within 3 business days, shipping from Seattle, WA.

Delivery & tracking

Standard shipping typically arrives 3–7 business days after processing, via USPS ground service (fragrance is alcohol-based and travels ground only). You'll receive a tracking number by email the day your order ships.

Packaging

Every order is leak-checked before the box closes. Each vial is labeled.

Vial formats

• 0.3 ml and 0.5 ml roll-on — glass rollerball, used for attars and pure oils. There is no atomiser on these.
• 0.5 ml, 0.7 ml and 1 ml — glass dabber vials.
• 2 ml and 3 ml — snap cap vials, resistant to leaks.
• 5 ml and 10 ml — pressurized glass vials with a polymer coating.

Damaged arrivals

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, send photos within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it.

Address accuracy & delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at purchase — we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Once the carrier marks a package Delivered, responsibility transfers to you; we recommend watching your tracking for a secure hand-off.

Lost packages

If tracking shows Delivered but nothing arrived, contact the carrier first to open a claim — we'll supply any documentation you need from our end to support it.

International

Monograph primarily ships within the US. Because international rules on alcohol-based fragrance vary by country, we handle overseas orders case by case — write to us before ordering and we'll see what's possible.
