Processing Time To ensure the integrity of every scent, each vial is hand-decanted to order within our sterile environment. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed, logged into the archive, and prepared for transit.

Domestic Shipping (USA) We utilize reliable carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your archive selections.

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for time-sensitive acquisitions.

• Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping At this time, Monograph primarily ships within the United States. Due to international regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrances, global shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the archive directly for international inquiries.

Tracking & Delivery Once your order has been dispatched from our archive, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

• Risk of Loss: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Decanthology is no longer responsible for the package. We recommend monitoring your tracking closely to ensure a secure hand-off.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. While we are not liable for carrier errors, we will assist you with the necessary documentation from our end to support your claim.
