FAQ
What exactly is a decant?
A small measured pour — 2, 3, 5, or 10 ml — drawn by hand from a full retail bottle into a fresh glass atomizer vial. Same juice, fraction of the commitment.
Are these authentic?
Yes. Every bottle on the shelf was bought retail from the house or an authorized stockist. Batch codes are photographed and available on request — ask before or after you order.
What's a pressurized vial?
Our upgraded atomizer with a better spray pattern and a tighter seal for travel. It's standard on all 5 ml and 10 ml decants; on 2 ml and 3 ml it's available as the “3 ml pressurized” option.
Why do prices vary so much between fragrances?
Pricing follows the bottle. A $600-per-50 ml Amouage costs more per millilitre than a $200 Bohoboco. Numbered and personal bottles run higher still — when it's gone, it's gone.
How long does a 2 ml decant last?
Roughly 20–30 sprays — call it two to four weeks of regular wear, longer for extraits where two sprays is plenty.
How should I store it?
Cool, dark, upright. Away from sunlight and bathroom humidity. Treated well, a decant stays true for a year or more.
Do you take returns?
Because fragrance can't be resold once opened, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Primarily US for now. International rules on alcohol-based fragrance vary by country, so we handle overseas orders case by case — write to us before ordering and we'll see what's possible.
Something's sold out. Will it come back?
Regular items get refilled as long as the bottle holds out. Numbered bottles (the ◊ section) don't — when the vial count hits zero, that one's retired to the shelf.
